auto tagging for all sorts of tagboard.

Description I want an application for tagboard spamming script for [login to view URL] & shoutmix tagboards. Before bidding, please ensure that you are able to inject data into tagboards using a script remotely (meaning you do not have to go to the website to be able to post into the tagboard). I will need an auto-tagging system that will fulfill the following criteria: -The software must support Chinese characters and special characters like heart & star shapes - It can contain up to 600 characters -Start/stop spamming at a click of a button -Report on blog that is successfully tagged - Own database of blog address (at least 2000 links) -Able to change the message to tag -Able to change the url Any other features recommended would be open to ideas.
