PROJECTS:
• Provide process consultancy & Implement BMC Remedyforce ITSM/ITIL cloud-based tool successfully in Petroleum Sector –Successfully deployed, Incident Management, CMDB, Service catalogue, Service request Management, Service level Management, Problem & Change Management.
• Successfully Deployed BMC Remedyforce in Pakistan largest bank. Module implemented Incident Management, CMDB & Service catalogue, Service Request management and Service Level management.
• Develop ITIL processes and procedures and also Implement ITSM/ITIL cloud based tool - ITRP, running successfully in Big4Firm.
• In FMCG: • Automate IT Service Desk processes for incident management using system center service manager (SCSM 2013). All IT inventory also maintained in the SCCM CMDB for better information management for each incident ticket that is opened in the system.
• Develop processes for Change management to comply global requirements (develop CMDB, Approval hierarchy, Change request flows)
