I VR viewer for Iphone without compression

I need an iPhone app. .I would like it designed and built. I need a VR viewing app for fotos and videos where files are not compressed. Of course i am talking about a cardboard application. I need to be able to view fotos and videos. On android it is possible without compression. Who can give me a solution? Files can be stored in app by moving them there from movies or photo gallery or dropbox. Layout on how the app should work is made in powerpoint and granted after assignment.
