We want to make a government program for video for the app. We are looking for a developer who can document having made an editing program program before. The editing application must be able to perform the usual functions such as editing, gradient, texts, sound editing, music insertion, etc. The application must be connected directly to the phone camera. And it must be possible to upload the finished video. If you have already developed a program, we would like to pay for it. Initially, we just want it to be used for the AppStore / iOS.
