iPhone App: View and Upload Photos

I need an iPhone app that will: - allow the user to view photos off of a server full screen - the user should be able to upload their own photos to be approved, and then posted to the public by me - It should be a tabbar application with a tab for an info view, and room on the bottom of both views for an ad view. This would most likely require a web interface (for approving the photos), and the app itself, so that is what you are bidding on. It must be able to handle high traffic. Once the app is done, I just send me the x-code project, and I'll finish it off, but the web/approving interface must be finalized by you, and i will give you my server credentials to upload. I would need to complete this app within 3 days MAX, so please ONLY bid if you can complete all of this within 3 days.
