Make my iPhone app load EPUB file quickly

I've developed iPhone app which reads EPUB file. There is no problem for reading it now, but I need to improve few things. I want it to be improved based on my App's code. I will send you code,then I need you to comprehend it,and improve it. Here is what I want you to do. [login to view URL] big file quickly. EPUB and PDF is loaded full everytime user start reading. It's OK if the file size is less than 200 kb. But if the file size is more of it, everytime it takes long time to load full. I want user can start reading quickly even if the file size is big. [login to view URL] Every a user start reading, it should restart where user stop reading before. Please Implement bookmark function. I intend to develop more iPhone apps. If your job is great,I will ask you frequently. and here is other conditions - The app should be iPhone/iTouch/iPad compatible. - Source code to be delivered including code illustrative comments as per best practice guidelines. - The app have to be made for submitting AppStore,Please do not use the way which is surely against Appstore's rule
