SEO for 2 Keywords

REQUIRED - All SEO must be done using techniques that will not incur a penalty from Google. Project will stop if the site gets Google penalty. - Suggest all onsite improvement, our team will make those changes. IF you want to add new content or make changes to our page on the site, you can send us the content. - You will handle all off site SEO activity - Freelancer must have excellent English communication skills. - Weekly report that shows SEO ranking. PAYMENT STAGES 1. 33% Payment after 1st month of top 5 Organic search engine ranking 2. 33% payment after 2nd month of top 5 Organic search engine ranking 3. 33% payment after 3nd month of top 5 Organic search engine ranking If rankings leave the top 5 rankings for more than one week's time that month will be considered a stall, A stalled month will not count toward the 3 months needed per keyword to finish the project, and will not result in payment. A month = 30 days. Fractional months do not count toward the total required. Since there are two keywords, each keyword represents 50% of the bid amount. It is possible that one keyword could be complete (stage 4) while the other is still in stage 1. In this example, the stage 4 keyword would have earned 50% of the bid amount whereas the stage 1 keyword would have earned only 10% for 60% total. Project is complete when either: 1. Both of the keywords are met and have reached stage 4 above :) 2. Both freelancer and I can agree to end the project.
