Marketing Manager

IdeaVibe provides coaching and advising with deliverables being business plans, pitch books, and written documents for business owners that are raising capital or need strategic advice. We are aggressively growing and we will most likely double or triple our business from last year. An equity opportunity is available for the right individual. The VP of Marketing will oversee the overall marketing including; Website strategy and design, product marketing, direct marketing, client marketing, and all marketing communications. The VP of Marketing is responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing market strategy and achieving marketing targets. Specific responsibilities include business and market development, market research and planning, strategic direction for promotion and advertising, coordination with sales, collateral production, demand generation, and hiring and directing the day-to-day activities of marketing staff. WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: • Create marketing plan to define and direct the execution of marketing communications including collateral, advertising, Web/SEO marketing. • Develop strategies to drive sales leads and conversion • Provide direction and oversight to the creative team • Oversee company’s social media plan and execution • Develop and maintain marketing database • Maintain knowledge of marketing trends and best practices • Evaluate competitor product offerings and market positioning • Oversees and provides direction in market and competitor analysis. • Ensures all marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and are an effective expenditure of resources. • Prepares presentations to explain the company’s current and future strategies. • Directs implementation and execution of marketing policies and practices • Oversees all content management • Helps find and develop affiliate partnerships • Implement an Adwords campaign • Social media management • Work out of a quiet, home office environment In order to qualify you: Must prepare weekly reports Must be willing to work from your home office Please answer the following in order to qualify: Where are you located?
