Need Experienced email server/sending software owner to send bulk email!

Hi, We are looking for a company or person who can provide a email list (or we can use our own email data we have) to send out emails in HTML and normal text to affiliate offers, for example: Dating, Insurance. Suggestions on email copy would also be accepted. You will be doing a trial run of 30k or so emails to see the inbox deliverbility, clicks, opens etc to start with. Once we can see this, you will be hired as our email provider. **If you can provide bulk email sending, we will pay you on a CPC or CPA basis to start out with. Once everything is going good, we will want you to setup everything for us, as in: Email server + software(Interspire preferred) + SMTP(PowerMTA be best) + all setup with IP rotator(ADDONS) to know ip blacklisting, DKIM Signing(ALL), to send out around 1mil-5mil+ emails per day. At least 95-100% deliverbility rate to the inbox NOT SPAM folder. (DO NOT BID IF ALL EMAILS GO TO SPAM) Don't waste my time!** This will turn into a LONG term project, with setup of everything if all goes well. If you are open to suggestions you may have and or prices on setup of the whole email server and hosting, please let us know what your price is or you can do for us. We will go straight into you to setup everything for us if it is a good offer. OR to rent your server/software.
