Residential Architect Needed for Specific Design Project Skills and Experience: - Strong background in residential architecture - Proficiency in design software and tools - Experience in creating custom designs based on client specifications Project Requirements: - The client requires assistance with a residential architectural project - The client already has a specific design concept in mind - The scope of the project is limited to design only - The ideal candidate will be able to bring the client's vision to life and provide expert guidance and suggestions - The candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing previous residential design projects So about my project, it is very straightforward and very simple. I have 2 parcels of land in Costa Rica and I would like so 3D images and videos of this development. In hope to give investors and idea of what we are aiming to do. So the first parcel is where all the residential units will go, it is 9029 sqm in total. With an average width of 100 meters and average depth of 90 meters these measurements will do for now. So this plot will be the plot segregated into 8 lots. There will be one entrance around 5 meters wide. with a 5 meter wide road running front to back of the land. Then of the road will be separate gated entrances for each lot. So the first 6 lots will be 20 meters wide by 47.5 meters deep and the two right at the back of the property will be on 30 meter wide by 47.5 meters deep. So I have the design of 6 of the 8 houses already and Iam just waiting to confirm the design of the other 2 units. But the 6 I already have will give you an idea of what we are going for. Find in the images the dimensions and style of the units with a rough lay out. All lots want a nice natural looking swimming pool and wooden fences and gates along with lots of green, plants, trees and shrubs. The back section of land is 10140 sqm 1.14 hectare and is dense jungle. I want a wooden bridge at the end of the road that takes you all the way through this land and over the river at the back.
