Comic book art -- 2

Hello, I am looking for an exceptionally talented artist with a unique creative art style that can help me realize my comic book. The comic will take place in a fantasy setting with a mixture of many different elements, influences, moods, and atmospheres. I do not want the comic book to be drawn in the typical Japanese anime art style with the big eyes and small pointy noses. I want the characters to have a more life like feel to them. I also like the idea of a water color like colors with high saturation with dark shadows and outlines to give it a creative and unique look that is captivating to look at (open to suggestions). The comic is going to be a relatively serious/ dark comic so I think not too many bright colors. Im not entirely sure how much information can be conveyed on a single page but it to be long enough to set up the main characters backstory, set up the main characters purpose/mission, have a single significant event take place, introduce a second character, and end at the beginning of the second quest/step of the main mission. We can discuss costs privately or you can send me an estimate on how much you think a project like this may cost and how long you think it may take. The story is not yet written but I have a general idea of how I want the story to go. I am more interested to see if someone here can create an art style that is creative, unique, interesting, and beautiful while also maintaining the appropriate mood for the story.
