I need a good illustrator to collaborate on an instructional comic / graphic manga. I have written several text books on Kung Fu and Tai Chi, now I want to summarize the main points in a mostly graphical format. I will need about 30 to 50 pages in comic format, ranging from single panel pages to multi panel sequential mode. I need to find an artist who can: 1. work for flat fee/pic, not royalty 2. has a GREAT lively, cool, semi-realistic but fascinating lively energetic style 3. works in "semi-realistic" manga mode, so its realism but with line emphasis and a little comic/supernatural touch 4. can work fast and to a timeline and milestones 5. will understand and respect my specs. I will lay out each page in fairly detailed specs, paneling, positioning of figures etc. 6. can do an initial phase of character design that we'll use throughout the book 7. works on computer (Illustrator, Manga Studio, etc.) and can deliver project files along with finished renders so I can tweak text layers etc. for translation 8. even though its flat fee/pic, still i want somebody who's kind of interested to do it, not just purely bored as hell and living through it to get the bucks at the end 9. color may be required for some or all of the pics 10. no tracing or tricks or derivative stuff, all original Only bids that send or point to samples can be considered, Thank you,
