Create a Account Activation Form + Button On Shopify Frontend

On Shopify website: - Add a "Existing Online Members - Activate Account" button on customers' login and register page (the blank space on the right) - Upon clicking this button, an ajax form appears on the same page (not popup) which consists of an email field and a "Request Activation" button. - User enters an email into the field and upon clicking "Request Activation" button, system cross check whether the email address entered : (a) exists in the customers' database; and (b) there is no account setup for this email address. If both (a) and (b) are true --> automatically send out the Account Activation Email to the customer, If (a) is false --> display ajax error message (not popup) "This email is not registered yet, for new members please create an account" (and link to create account page) If (a) is true and (b) is false --> display ajax error message (not popup) "This account is already activated, you may login now." (and link to login page) - Make sure the above form has proper validation : user must enter a valid email address with @ and dot
