I have a static image of a form that i would like created on my wordpress site. I have the plugin Contact Form 7 Installed. I would like the form created using this plugin. See the right side of the page below. The form that is there is just a static image. I need you to make it a real form while keeping the same look. [login to view URL] I will also need a captcha field added under the phone field. I am looking to have this done within a few hours.
