Ref:2.2 HTML FORM FRONT END FOR KENDO UI GRID and PIVOT GRID API

Create a HTML form and a python/java script to take the inputs and fetch information from a database using a SQL query (Use an arbitrary list for SQL) for time series or direct input for options. The HTML Form should have specific class bindings for local data, remote data and websocket streams. The code should produce HTML which is tagged with the correct ID and Class to be used in more complex coding further into the project. This script will provide some of the core functionality in a wider project and will be used with the appropriate css to allow users to make selections in a dialog box which will (1) create the right SQL query to fetch data from a database, (2) take options to update display settings (3) generate the code for the appropriate web-socket link (4) connect to an external API where needed, combine into well scripted html to be served by a CMS (probably web2py) to the user.
