Hi there, I have developed 3D and 2D games in JavaScript, and I'm confident I can develop the mahjong game such as the one you requested. It would be responsive and would work on all devices. The code would be clean and commented. We would need to agree on the number of levels that need to be coded in as scope of the project, I only played 1 level on the shown site, and seen how the 2nd level looks like. I am aware of the drag to rotate the board 90 degrees, that's an unique feature making it different from other mahjong games I've played so far. It definitely adds to the game. I assume you will provide all the needed icons to be used. What about music and sounds? Will those be provided too? I would probably go with threejs library for handling the 3D rendering to keep things cost/time efficient. I would develop the splash screen/menu as well. Do you need the high scores feature too?
