Write an iPhone&iPad application : Coloring book

Hello. I need someone who is very experience in coding for iOS to create a feature rich,nice looking and mobile app. Description of App here : 1. Add incentive review/render. 7. Add Color picker at color pallets. 8. Add sound effect and Tweak iPA for background music.
