The is a webcam site, that will eventually host multiple webcams. Initially just 1. 2 types of individuals will be going to the site, 1 to select webcams and watch and 2. to post webcams for viewing. Account sign up is necessary to post a webcam on the portal. Viewers can watch without signing up (hover over cam and it goes live) but to click on the cam and view in full screen will require sign up. When in full screen view the user will have options (perhaps a toolbar on the side or bottom of cam screen - Mark As Favorite, Track Schedule, 1-5 Star Rating, Make up a Name, text alerts). The site design and layout can be similar to webcam portal sites such as: http://www.rabbitscams.com.
