My website is a freelance marketplace that i need done. I have already purchased the FreelanceEngine theme and all i need is the person to design the website based on this theme. The concept of the website is like studypool.com. Students can ask questions and tutors can answer the same questions with a price that's decided by the asker. 75% of the amount paid goes to the person who has asked the question while 25% goes to the website administration. only bid if you are able to the work under 3 days. my budget is $100.
