Urgent : Website Design - PSD only

Hi Bidders, I am looking for some one to create web site design for a company called ABC (only PSD for now, no HTML) As time is short, you will have to provide your concepts in 2to 3 ours after being selected as a winner. Rest of the information will be provided via email. Only bid if you can deliver and if you are available next 5 to 6 hours for revisions on the provided mock ups You should only bid if you agree on standard designing task rules: - I am looking for bidders who can provide unlimited revisions on concepts unless and untill my client is not happy Only bid if you can deliver faster.
