Setup a Website On New Domain With A Few Edits -- 2

I have a website I need to copy and then make a few changes to it. 1. Setup website on new domain Copy website files and setup site 2. Create New Home Page. Using this page: [login to view URL] We want to create a new home page. We want to use the space where the red banner is to add a video. To the left of the video will be a banner the same size as the menu is on the example page to keep the same style and look. Below the banner where it says "Popular Windows Apps"....delete the content below. We only want a optin form under the video which has to be filled out to get entry to the rest of site. Optin form should be made like the form at the bottom of the page is as far as style. You only need to add the form options we need and the form must work. (email to send form submissions will be given to person hired) 3. Optin Form Form content: Join Our Super Savings List-(Replace with) Get Lifetime Access Join our Super Savings List to receive email updates with our most recent sales and new product announcements.-(Replace with)Join our Wealth Mentor Affiliates List to receive email updates with our most recent sales and new product announcements. 4.
