Product label for a plastic bottle

I need a label laid out for bottles & containers of cosmetics products. I have created the design in Word, but need in laid out in one of the following formats: • Adobe Acrobat • Adobe Illustrator • Adobe Pagemaker; • Adobe Photoshop • Freehand• Quark XPress. I will specify the exact size/sizes required when the job starts, however it will be just the same design required in possibly 2 different dimensions. I will then need the file at the end of the job. The layout should be as follows: On the front (centre) logo, product name & size (eg 125ml) On the back label: ingredients & instructions for use & storage I would like to see some examples of previous work so please provide a link or attach an example to PMB. Payment via escrow at the end of the job as usual. Copyright ownership of the design required.
