Need to do a simple modification for a columns shortcode on Wordpress page

Need to modify a shortcode behavior for "columns" for a certain page on my website. Someone with a great review resume and that can work on these changes right now would be preferred, hence the urgency. Specifically: 1. Its three columns. For the desktop view it works fine. Just need to make sure that for all other responsive views, the first and last column stay under the middle column. 2. And also need to make a modification to a button class. Meaning just need for this page to have a special stylized button, without affecting the rest of the buttons on the site. 3. Lastly, need to install a Google Font for a specific heading on this page.
