Move New Logo into a .jpg / .png format

I have a revised logo for my site - YogaBlaze.com. The designer could only create it in a .ai / pdf format - and I need it put into a more usable .jpg for web and .png (High res) files for print - as well as have files that can be easily changed in the future by other designers. (Not sure what format that would be - if that's Illustrator - and/or pdfs.) I don't need any design done (that's complete) - just the files created. I've added 3 files: 1) A Word doc - With clear Instructions for what I need. 2) The pdf of the revised logo 3) The .ai file of the revised logo (I don't know what this is as I can't open it) I don't imagine this taking longer than an hour or 2 - but I always have little projects like these and would like to create an on-going relationship.
