Make non-grainy version of product brochure at low-resolution

This project is to make a few changes to the sales brochure I recevied for my contest: https://www.freelancer.com/contest/Design-a-Sales-Brochure-188358.html. The high-resolution PDF file of the brochure looks great but is 30Mb. That is okay for creating printed brochures but is not acceptable for an electronic brochure for email / download / etc... I would like a versio of the file that looks good in Acrobat and is around 2Mb but I can live with anything less than 5Mb. In the current design, the sheets get very grainy even at 5Mb. Below is a link to our old brochure (which isn't as nice as the new one), but which is about 1Mb and still does not get grainy even with images? I want similar quality out of the new design.
