Magento website need to be upgraded from 1.9.2.1 to 1.9.2.2

Hello, Recently i upgraded my magento version by myself using this guideline: [login to view URL] First: i log in into magentoconnect manager and follow the step on above link like : Deleting both the [login to view URL] folder as well as the text file manually. Here is the screenshot: [login to view URL] T hen, the upgrade process succeed, but when i try the homepage and click on the one of the mega menu, then the error occur, please see the screenshot: [login to view URL] so, i just restore my website by to the previous version which is 1.9.2.1 Your job is to upgrade from 1.9.2.1 to 1.9.2.2 without any error. My theme is fully compatible with 1.9.2.2 because i already upgrade it. About my magento extension, i have latest version that is compatible with 1.9.2.2 version, like magestore extension (One step checkout & FAQ), Pagecache Varnish, Potatocommerce FPC, compressor (Js,css, images), iksanika product manager (advanced).
