I want to build a site that mirrors this site in many ways: [login to view URL] My wireframe/mockup is at http://greggarner.net/webpersonaldesign/start.html#g=1&p=home . On my wireframe you will see several blue boxes - click on them to get the required changes. I want this built in wordpress in a dev environment of your choice and when I am ready, will want it ported over to my live hosting environment for go -live. I would like to be able to verbally Skype with you when needed, otherwise Skype or chat of some fashion is fine for 90% of the time. I already have a reliable developer that works for $12/hour but he is too busy to do this right now. I would like to know your hourly rate and/or how many hours you think this project would take. I likely will have future projects as well. I need you to be able to work from my mockup prototypes, possibly off [login to view URL] for project management, and be able to work in an agile quick feedback fashion.
