Create simple label design similar to attached sample but with a twist

Hello - I need the help of a graphic designer to design simple label designs similar to the ones attached. I intend to use Uline labels that have provided us with templates. And since there isn't a significant graphic job, it is relatively easy. (It is over 98% text). While I do not wish to copy the design, I would like for you to be creative and make some little twist keeping the original design in place (I like it's simplicity and effectiveness. Refer to attached images again). The uline design comes in word file format which should be easy for you to edit. Would like to stick to the design font's sizes etc. My logo is green in color. So you would need to convert that to black for using in the label. Looking for 4 labels at varying sizes. Willing to pay $4 per label. So total would be $16 for the project. Do not bid if you cannot handle it in this budget. It's a real simple job that I would do myself but don't have the band width.
