Create a new layout for an existing document

I have a PDF document that I would like to redesign the layout to make it more reader friendly and modern. For each product and heading, I'd like the ingredients to be more noticeable. So ideally have the ingredient in a box and then what the ingredient does in another box next to it. I'm counting on the expertise of a graphic artist to play around with all the info and make it look better. You don't have to worry about the visuals, just leave enough space for our agency to put in the pictures. The size of the document is currently 8.5 x 14. I'm checking with the printer to see if we can make it a bit larger without wasting paper. Here are a few other things; • In the dry/dehydrated skin (blue section) Take the face away reformat the section so it matches everything else. • Place the dry/dehydrated skin category above the acne section. • Remove the “suitable for all skin types” under the hydra mineral heading. • Remove Yeast extract, rose water bullets for Hydra Mineral • This section doesn’t need to be blue anymore, but instead, whatever colour scheme we decide to use for everything else. • Add a new product to the “DULL SKIN, UNEVEN TONE, BROWN SPOTS” section. • The new product is 10% NIAcinamide. Give it more space in the section so it looks special? Sort of like what was there for Hydra Mineral Concentrate? Here is the text for the new product: 10% NIACINAMIDE CONCENTRATE • 10% Niacinamide (vitamin B3) – reduces dark spots, improves microcirculation and evens out the complexion • 3 Peptides – decrease hyperpigmentation, roughness, pore size and wrinkles, rebalance skin microbiota • Fragmented hyaluronic acid – deeply hydrates, plumps and provides firmer skin • Witch hazel water – helps to detoxify, tones and tightens pores, refreshes the skin • Don't worry about the front cover. Our agency can update that for me. • Don't worry about the middle back section where we have the winners and why Reversa. The agency has all that info and can make the changes. • The new colour scheme should reflect the launch (silver, white, purple) Unfortunately, all I have is the most recent PDF for this document. Is it possible for you to copy the text from this? In a nutshell, I don't like this layout. It looks too crowded. I think the layout needs to change.
