Hello, I have a degree in IT (programmer/analysts). I worked on AS/400 during 3 years (1996-1998). The used languages were COBOL and RPG. I just finished a training COBOL Mainframe and would be very happy to work again in this domain. How many programs do you have to analyze? How many lines of code per program? How old are they? Are they coded cleanly according to a standard? I propose you the analysis of a first program for $133 which will allow me to adjust my price offer for the following ones.
