Clone an existing page (design & link is provided) by doing the following steps: - Copy Design to HTML/CSS ([login to view URL]) - Add some Backend Logic (PHP) - Save Data (to Database or send as E-Mail) The Details - Google Maps will be used to show the chosen Location - PHP 5 should be used (no framework) - HTML/CSS should be 100% written by yourself, NOT copied - Only the Design-Elements should be copied - Clean & Readable Code (html, css, js) - JS Error Handling needs to be done - The site will have 3 different pages - Step process is divided in multiple steps (pages) - past data should be saved in Session/Cookies - The Site should be responsive - The Site should have dynamic "parameters": if the url is "[login to view URL]" the keyword 1 and keyword 2 of the subdomain url should be in the h1 title
