Animated HD Slide

I am hoping someone could help me out with a simple project. I have a concept drawn out and I want to make it come alive. Basically it is a circle with four outer circles that will pop and glow when I click through it during the presentation. I would like the inner circle to start as red and then go to black when we click to the next circle which will pop up red when we move through the slide and so on.
