Shipping company website (USD450 or less)

We need a web design designed for a shipping company in China. The site will have 5 main pages, a news section and a simple client area. Main requirements as below: -Professional website based on the latest design technologies -4 sliding images on the home page header (we can provide the images if needed, should be related to shipping and transportation) -Common header and footer for easy update -We need the option to update the title and meta tags for each page -Two pages will have forms on it (request a quote and contact us) -Incorporating some social media elements (Facebook like us, twitter etc.) -Client Area: this requires custom PHP programming. It needs an admin system (for us) where we can add information for clients, create new clients etc. Client self sign up link also would be a plus but not required. Upon login the client has access to two sections. A Downloads section where he can download some common forms we upload (so all clients signed up have access to the same files for download). A Shipment Tracking section where clients can follow up specific shipments they have sent through us. Through the admin system, we can create Shipments for each clients where we can update new lines of information as we get it, such as shipping date, nature of goods, estimated date of arrival. The shipment tracking section should also have a place where we can upload shipping documents (bill of lading, packing list etc.) which client can download. So basically the Downloads section is public (for all registered clients) and the Shipment Tracking section is private to each client. -News section: this can be based on wordpress or a more simple script (example [login to view URL] / [login to view URL] ). Some latest news will appear automatically at the home page. We will be providing the contents in word format to the winning designer. Maximum budget for this project is USD450.
