A website required based on freelancer.co.uk structure to globally provide students facility to post their projects, writings and other academic tasks to achieve professional help and suggestions from worldwide writers and consultants. Additionally all students must be able to book one to one session with different e-tutors to have remote tuition. chats facility has to be part of system as normal. Payments must work exactly same as freelancer.co.uk All users must be able to sign up as Tutor/Consultant, sign up as Student Site must provide following services at different levels: 1. Sign up as Consultant/Student 2. Upload task and requirements 3. Receive bids 4. Choose bid 5. Chat 6. Award project 7. Manage payment at different status i.e. milestone, release, cancel, dispute etc 8. Solution must be provided as similar to freelancer by uploading files back to system 9. Rating & feedback system 10. Customer service automation 11. Marketing system at backend to send SMS & Emails to new and existing clients 12. Mobile & Smart device access E-Tuition Session: For this student will book a session in his domain with tutor and after having a chat with consultant. He has to create a money milestone to receive Skype details along with timings for the schedule. E- Tickets: For all customer service issues, there should be a ticket system to solve queries. Mobile App: Mobile app will built at second stage, so all care has to be taken from beginning to support the smart device feature afterwards.
