New cryptocurrency -- 2

Hi, I am trying to find a developer that has knowledge in developing and implementation of cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency is a huge windstorm of activity and excitement lately. There are about 50 new cryptocoins launched a month and that number is only growing. But none of these coins have anything unique to offer. I would like to make a coin that is based off the litecoin source, that has a different algorithm or proof of work. I'd like to see a coin with "checkpoints" for a blockchain snapshot and a modular POW [login to view URL] blockchain is "closed out" at a checkpoint and rehashed as the new algorithm. This would would be a huge benefactor within the crypto world and offer something new and unique. I would also like someone experienced, that has mined bitcoin or alt coins before that has a sense of what is lacking in the current environments of gpu mining. Also, The developer would have to agree to be paid in bitcoins after funding is raised. Or within stake in the new cryptocurrency by the way of small premined coins. After the new coin hits exchanges it would pay off huge.
