I need to create a website that will suggest some products/services according to the users preferences and the filters we would like to apply. We will need also a backend and a DB (MySQL) for the website administration and in order to add new products in an easy way. Everything has to have a friendly web design. In other words the main features the website needs are: Page 1: Home Page 1) User login using Facebook information 2) Several filters using slider bars/range sliders (ex: [login to view URL]) in order to set the user preferences for the search 3) A small gadget in the side of the website with "what the people are saying" (small messages with feedback similar to twitter messages, limited by the number of characters) 4) A small display with products/services recommended by others: a) Most viewed products/services b) Featured products/services c) User search history 5) List of partner companies 6) Decorative pictures Page 2: User profile and main user preferences 1) User preferences Several filters using slider bars/range sliders (ex: [login to view URL]) in order to set the user preferences for the search 2) Show the sugested products related with the user's profile sorted by one of the preferences 3) The user has to be able to access to the product page in order to get more information Page 3: Selected Product/Service In this page the user will find all the information related with the product/service selected previously (either in "homepage" or throug his preferences in his user profile) 1) Product/service information 2) Product/service photos 3) Date selector for the service selected We may need a couple more pages but these are the core of the site. I hope to add some design/page layouts soon so you can have a better idea about what we need
