Hi, I have an idea for a website which will cater to travelers/ new immigrants. Having moved from city to city very often in my life - I understand the challenges that relocation faces. Without going into specifics - the website hopes to take some of these challenges away. I need someone who can build the back and front end for a light simple data based and dynamic website (html, css, php - python/ruby) back end. Am open to any financial contracts (split ownership etc.) - however at the moment financing will be limited.
