Need Book Cover Created

I need a cover created for a short story I'm releasing to tie in with a novel I've released. I would like the cover to look similar in style to that of the novel (attached Necessary Evil and the Greater Good image). The basic concept (sketch attached) is that of a pentagram at center, with two hands extending from it - one from top the other from bottom. One hand should be giving the devil horns gesture, the other should be giving the papal benediction gesture. The pentagram should include at least a few of the details as described in the short story (excerpt below). Some type of scroll or banner should be included to place the title of the novel across it (I would like the title to be more prominent than it is in the existing novels cover art - must be legible as a thumbnail). I can handle typography if necessary. If not, the logotype should be derived from the Goodfellow font as used in the novel's cover. Must be high enough resolution/ppi for potential future print uses. Description of pentagram from short story: ...intricately designed pentagram drawn and centered below the Pope. At the corners of the pentagram, where the points of the star met the circle in which it was inscribed, were the rose emblems associated with Trismegistus' cult (this is a fictional cult...does not need to be a specific style). Within the points of the star was a script Mestoph didn't understand, which either made it exceptionally old and archaic or completely made up. Knowing Hermes either was equally likely. At the very center of the pentagram was a smiley face with a goofy grin looking up at the still unconscious Pope.
