270194 Mambo Front Page Design Needed

We have a client that needs the front/home page of their site redesigned. Currently there are 3 columns, but only the middle section needs to be worked on. We don't have the time right now to complete this project. They need 6-8 different topics broken up into small sections along with an "also on this site" section which should contain a photo and about 6-12 words underneath the photo - this could be located on the homepage or if it's too crowded in the footer. (We will inform you of all of the topics if you are selected.) A mixture of background graphics and text that is easy on the eyes with a clean layout is needed, no flash or media please. We need to know how to update/change the content for the future as well. Also they have a time format of "date-and-time" and they would like the time removed so that it just shows the date. If you can make this change please state it in the PMB. Please send me links of webpages you have completed OR a very basic idea of your plan (screenshot of a layout etc). Thank you for reading.
