Dot Pattern Graphics

*** Before you bid, please read everything carefully. If I can tell that you did not read the entire project, your bid will be ignored!!! I do not like receiving spam/fake bids.*** I need someone to create 2 templates (each one that can be used for different size banners). I will use these templates to make my own color schemes in Photoshop, and be able to change the size of the pattern whenever I want which will allow me to recreate the 2nd and 3rd example if I wanted to (so I think your files should be in vector format). Once your templates are finished and saved, I want you to then add colors to your template so it is the same color scheme as the 1st example. When finished, send me a draft of the colored graphic so I can approve (they can be low-res or have a watermark). Once I approve the graphics, I will send you the money and you will then send me all of the files I reference in my doc. I (and my company) will become the owner of all files and artwork once payment is made. I attached a Word doc of all details explaining what I want, including examples. Please let me know if you have any questions or need any clarifications. This should be a VERY easy project, and it may take less than an hour for some people with strong Photoshop experience. Please understand that I can not pay more than $30 for this project. If your bid is more than $30, you're probably wasting your time. If the dot pattern will not look like the 2nd and 3rd examples, then please do not bid.
