313185 Make my banners animated gifs

I have a new site an the artist made a banner ad for me. i need to have someone who is CREATIVE and a good marketer make the banner annimated- like fly in the text and stuff animated gif and if you want to export as flash to thats fine but many sites only take gif i also need a 125px by 125px of this made here is a sample- i will provide the psd for the winning bid and i want this today if possible [login to view URL] thanks! oh, please know how to make this relatively optimized- LOL
