158334 Create House Floorplans

I need a house floorplan created in SmartDraw. They are basic floorplans used for Advertising, not CAD drawings. Once the house plan is completed, the SmartDraw file will be provided to me. I will provide a jpg or word file with the plan. A finished example in JPG format is provided. Basically these are simple floorplans that would be used in a brochure. I have at least 10 to complete, but will start with one to begin. Thus you are bidding on one completed plan. Please provide an example of your work in the PMB if possible.
