Build a complete system for virtual property management.

I manage properties for renting by short term tenants as well as short term, Airbnb tenants.  I have am used to running everything myself.  Now, I am building a complete system that can automate all of these processes for me.  The system needs to be able to hire virtual assistants, manage contractors, website with a knowledge base, etc.I will do this by breaking down every element of property management, making flow charts, utilizing google sheets, making instruction youtube videos for virtual employees, using crowdsourcing, and overall working with a team to help me build this.  Short Term Renting Long Term Renting Maintenance and Contractors Collecting Payments Solving Problems Crowdsourcing I want to avoid training employees, I rather build the system that trains employees. If you have experience with systems, google sheets, business, virtual web systems, and anything else, please let me know what you can contribute to this project. I will move this project along and also be in an advisory roll with Zoom, since I know the day-to-day requirements. I need to be able to direct a project manager and provide instruction. I will pay when the job is complete. My budget can handle a small, fixed amount and also  cash flow from the existing properties for long term arrangements.
