Hi, I already have an extension for chrome that does the essential work of a VPN. However I feel it is my duty to inform you that you cannot directly run a VPN off a browser. My current solution uses the Squid5 proxy server as a methods of connecting the browser via the server. If you are interested, I can provide you with the same setup that I currently have.
