Chrome extension that blocks video content based on string

Hi there, I'm looking for someone to build a chrome extension based on blocking content in the browser version of Prime Video and Netflix based on a list of names that the user can set, and replacing the thumbnail with a custom picture. The picture if clicked upon will take the user to the extensions settings where the user can specify names to block.
