Write Paleo Cookbook

We are ebook publishers and have an author pen name on Amazon called Jake Hargis who writes healthy-living type ebooks. We are planning a new series of cookbooks to be published under the Jake Hargis name. The series will be called “Healthy Eating Meals”. The cookbooks will not directly match each of the Jake Hargis books – but they will reflect the general healthy-eating themes relevant to readers of the Jake Hargis books. We plan to publish a cookbook approximately every three weeks. The first one will be a Paleo cookbook and the next will be a Gluten-Free cookbook etc etc. Right now we have a collection of 150 Paleo recipes that we have researched and will form the bais of this first book. For each recipe we have - (i) Summary/narrative (ii) Ingredients (iii) Method (iv) Prep-time/Cooking-time/No-of-servings. There are to be eight sections to the book – see below - the column of numbers (totals 150) is the distribution of the number of recipes across the total. (i) Breakfasts 15 (ii) Sandwiches and wraps 15 (iii) Salads 15 (iv) Soups and stews 10 (v) Main Dishes 50 i. Beef 20 ii. Poultry 15 iii. Lamb 05 iv. Pork 05 v. Fish 05 (vi) Sides and Sauces 15 (vii) Vegetables 15 (viii) Desserts 15 Total 150 I can provide you with two “model” Paleo Cookbooks that we are aiming to emulate – basically so you can see the general style/format that we are aiming for (and will be competing with). In essence, this project is to (a) write (from scratch) an appropriate front-end narrative to the book overall (this should be about 6 to 8 pages) and (b) rewrite the 150 recipes (particularly the summary/narrative and the method components) that we will provide. We are not looking for meal-plans or shopping-plans for these recipes. We will be sourcing relevant photographs separately – but would be interested to know if you would be able to provide these (does not need to be a photograph for every recipe). We plan to hire for this job immediately and will want to receive a first draft version from you in 7 to 10 days. All writing that is done for us is checked/tested on Copyscape Pro before acceptance and payment. It would be helpful if you can let me see a couple of examples of relevant/comparable work you have done in the (recent) past. It is unlikely that we will hire a writer who is not US-based and who does not have (US) English as their first language. Generally, we pay as follows – 25% at hiring and 25% at first/rough draft and 25% at final draft and 25% at published-live-on-Amazon. Because this book is the first in an envisioned series of comparable cookbooks (where we would hope to retain the same writer for the whole series) – it is important that you can be available to write subsequent books in the series (please do not respond to this posting if you are not able to commit to an on-going series of jobs). Please do respond with any questions you have – this is an important (probably multi-title series) appointment for us and we expect to put lots of effort into getting it right first-time.
