Flutter App - add simple front end fields and dropdowns to signup page

Hi, I'm looking for dev that can help add two dropdowns and a terms of service checkbox -dropdown which loads data from csv or textfile and has checkbox for each which stores items checked and stores with rest of sign up form. -dropdown which loads data from csv or textfile and is list where one can be selected. Selection stored with sign up form. -Terms of service and privacy policy checkbox that must be checked for signup form to submit. each policy is a link where popup shows the terms of service or privacy policy depending on which you clicked. Project is already setup with db, so the only quick way this will work is to use teamV so you can remote and work on project. No files will be sent out for local setup. Looking for someone that knows flutter and sees how easy these 3 tasks are and has the ability to complete within 1-3 remote sessions. Thanks.
