flash designer available in next few hours to do one movie

Hi As well as the other projects I have posted I need a flash designer who can work today - within the next few hours. So: 1. You must be able to start within 2 hrs 2. You must be able to do job today as well - likely to be 2 to 6 hours work. Its a image transition project - not just fade - but interesting effects. Like break up into pixles or squares etc...
