finish flash project

I'm looking for a experienced flash programmer has is able to help me out with the following project : To fully understand the idea please download the .zip file located here : [login to view URL] It's a flash player which plays .flv files. What needs to be realized is when the next item in the xml file ( attatched ) an image is, a slideshow should start. The slideshow should have a faded in / fade out when the next picture shows up. Buttons : play , next , previous If possible a indicator which tells which slide is being played right now ( 1 out of 4 for instance ) Happy bidding.
