Turn Page Flash Magazine

I want a turn page flash program similar to the one on www.thisisfly.com. I want a website with cms so that I can upload pdf, jpg and videos to the site and viewers will be able to view just like a magazine. [login to view URL] has a good program too. I want to be able to add video to pages very easily and move video around on the page. I want to create a very interactive online magazine. I need the site to be search engine friendly so SEO is very important. I need good communication, good work and dependable. It would be a big plus to actually be able to communicate my ideas over the phone and not just through email. It would be nice to find someone who has already developed this so that my cost would stay under $500.
